We strive to deliver the best quality products and customer service. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
No Returns
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Please ensure you select the correct product before completing your purchase.
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, strictly in cases of size issues only.
Conditions for Exchange:
• The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original tags intact.
• A quality check will be conducted by our team upon receiving the product. If the product fails the quality check, the exchange request will be declined.
• Only one-time exchange is allowed per order. Please ensure the new size selected is correct.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size is out of stock, we will offer you:
- An exchange with another available product of your choice.
Exchange Charges
A flat fee of ₹250 will be applicable for exchange.
This charge covers the cost of reverse pickup and re-delivery, as we rely on third-party logistics partners.
In case your area pin-code is non-serviceable for return pickup, you will be required to send the product back to us via your local courier service. In such cases, you will not be charged any exchange fee.
Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item and it passes the quality check, the new product will be dispatched.
The entire process takes 7–11 business days.
Important Notes
• Exchanges are applicable only once per order. No repeat exchanges will be accepted.
• We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the policy conditions.
