Shipping Policy

At SEWCODE, we proudly ship to cities all across India.

Delivery Time:

Customers can expect to receive their orders within 7–8 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the destination.

Import Duties:

If any import duties or taxes are levied upon your order (especially for special zones or states), the customer is responsible for covering those charges.

Address & Delivery Attempts:

   •    Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate.

   •    Once your order ships, it cannot be redirected to a different address.

   •    Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If you’re unable to receive or pick up the package, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and sent back to our warehouse.

RTO (Return to Origin) Policy:

   •    No refund will be processed for RTO orders.

   •    However, you can request us to re-ship the order by providing a new, accurate address and contact number.

​

   •A flat fee of ₹100 will be applicable for re- shipping. This charge covers the cost of re-delivery, as we rely on third-party logistics partners.

   •    We will process and dispatch the re-shipment on the next working day after confirmation.
